Rental Policy & Reservation Form

The following Lounge Use and Rental Policy was passed by the Board of Directors on March 4, 2024, and distributed to al Owners and Residents on March 15, 2024. This policy comes into effect on April 15, 2024.

Red Haus by-laws are clear regarding the Powers of the Corporation, Violation of Bylaws, Damage or Destruction and Use and Occupancy Restrictions. Please review the following sections of the bylaws for CN 051 4332 so that you are familiar with your responsibilities and restrictions:

Any violation of such policies, rules and regulations may result ni the loss of use of the applicable Common Property or Amenities for a period as decided by the Board.
